An Aquarius, Aquarius, Leo. She enjoys homemade ice cream, cigarettes, and anime in copious amounts. I am Tricia. I am not a revolutionary like most of the kids pretend to be these days. I like what I like, and I keep things simple. This tumblr is filled with fashion, photography, anime, games, songs, and things I find humorous or enjoyable. Not all I post is work safe. My apologies.
Sprite is a forgotten about OAV from 1994. It is a ecchi, comedy, romance. I found out about it from Amber Anime Archive(Image Archive that lasted between 1997-2001.
It had a limited release by Central Park Media’s Manga Corps. I heard the music for the end scenes when I was around 12/13, and I always wanted to see it. Luckily I did not then, because I would of have been very confused about all the sex and innuendos. I finally was able to find a copy in 2006. And it has always held a special place in my heart.
The premise of the OAV is that there is a girl Manami who has a split personality. One is a shy, quiet, and gentle girl. When her relative Toru says, ‘Nami,’ her personality changes into an confident, sexually aggressive, and wild.
Despite being an ecchi OAV, it does deal with identity issues that we face while growing up.
Note: I will be posting screen caps throughout the day.
